Shipping Information

1.Lead Times

We strive to ship our RTA cabinets as quickly as possible. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will ship the available products immediately and send the remaining items as soon as they arrive—at no additional shipping cost. Out-of-stock items are typically highlighted in bold on the order page and are usually restocked within 1–2 weeks, though delays may occasionally occur.

2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Details

We offer free shipping on most orders over $1599. Our cabinets are stocked in two separate warehouse facilities. If your order includes multiple styles shipping from different warehouses, additional shipping charges may apply. Similarly, small orders containing large pieces or 8-foot items may also incur extra fees.

  • If additional shipping charges apply, we will notify you within 24–48 hours. At that point, you may choose to:

    • Accept the additional charges
    • Modify your order
    • Cancel your order for a full refund

    The free shipping offer is based on the total order value before any discounts are applied. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be displayed in place of a shipping cost.

3.Shipping Types

Orders are typically shipped via commercial freight carrier, though UPS Ground may be used at the warehouse’s discretion. Special shipping requests cannot be accommodated. Deliveries are made to the curb, and if you require inside delivery, you must arrange it directly with the carrier at your own expense.

  • UPS Shipments: There are no pre-delivery calls or arrangements. UPS will attempt delivery up to three times, leaving a notice each time. If you are unavailable, you may contact UPS to arrange a pickup at their terminal. In some cases, they may leave the package without a signature at their discretion.
  • Freight Carrier Shipments: Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you the following day. You must coordinate the delivery date and time directly with the carrier. Deliveries must be accepted within three days of arrival at the local freight terminal. The shipment will be delivered to the curb or driveway, and the carrier will not accommodate specific scheduling requests. Ensure you provide any necessary details about your location, as large delivery trucks may have access limitations in certain areas.
4. Freight Forwarding

If you need shipment weight and dimensions for freight forwarding purposes, simply email us a list of your desired items, and we will provide the necessary details to help you obtain shipping quotes.

Important Note: If you choose to use a freight forwarder, you must provide any required information to ensure our carrier can complete the delivery. We do not coordinate directly with freight forwarders. It is your responsibility to inform the forwarding company about the shipment details and expected delivery timeline. Additionally, the Ship To address provided on your order is considered the final delivery destination. Any damage or loss will only be covered if all steps outlined in our Receiving & Inspection policies are followed.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We will make every effort to assist in resolving issues with lost or delayed shipments. However, once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any scheduling or delivery issues that may arise.

6. Shipping Damages

If your order sustains shipping damage, please notify us immediately and follow the Receiving & Inspection instructions provided in your confirmation email and our shipping policy.

Note: To minimize complications, we recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the delivery, such as an occupied residence or business.

7. Order Changes

All order additions, corrections, or change requests must be submitted via email to info@diydepotusa.com, including all relevant details. Please follow up with a phone call to (661-412-3248) within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation (or the next business day).

8. Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation, you must contact us via phone at (661-412-3248) or E-mail at (info@diydepotusa.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation. A follow-up email with cancellation details is required.

Cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours.
