RETURNS POLICY (5 Days)

1. If you wish to return a product, it must be sent back within 5 days of delivery.

2. Returns must be authorized by DIY Depot prior to shipment. To request authorization, please email info@diydepotusa.com.

3. All returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging. There are no returns on assembled cabinets, trims, moldings, fillers, panels, glass door accessories, accessory inserts, or accessory cabinets.

4.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fees applies to qualifying returns.

5Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive credit.

6 Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 10-12 business days.

REPLACEMENT POLICY (7 Days)

1. Defective Product Replacement:

    • If a delivered product is defective, only the defective piece will be replaced.
    • The defective item must be returned within 7 days from the order date.

2 .Full Cabinet Set or Incorrect Product Replacement:

      • If an incorrect cabinet set or product is delivered, it will be replaced with the correct one.
      • Conditions:
        • If the replacement cabinet is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid. If it is of a lower value, the excess amount will be refunded.
        • The replacement request must be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
        • The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
        • The product must be unused and undamaged.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

1. All claims for defective merchandise must be received within 5 days of delivery.

2. If you receive a defective product, contact customer service by phone (661-412-3248) or email info@diydepotusa.com to begin the replacement process.

3. You may be asked to take photos of the defect and submit a damage report to speed up the inspection process.

4. Customers must hold onto defective items until DIY Depot has arranged for a return or authorized disposal.

5. Pickup for defective merchandise will be arranged by DIY Depot, and items must be returned in their original packaging.

6. Properly documented and reported replacement items will be shipped as soon as documentation is received and processed or as soon as the pieces become available if replacements are out of stock.

DAMAGED GOODS

1.  Customers must follow all inspection and reporting procedures outlined in our Receiving/Inspection Policy.

3. Damaged goods must be held for 45 days for possible inspection by the carrier.

ORDER CHANGES

1. Any additions, corrections, or changes must be made via phone (661-412-3248) or email info@diydepotusa.com within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

2. Any changes requested after 24 hours may incur a $25.00 fee, and DIY Depot may be unable to accommodate the request.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation of your order may incur a 2.85% cancellation fee of the order total.

2. Any cancellation request must be made via phone (661-412-3248) or email info@diydepotusa.com within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

3. There are no cancellations allowed after 24 hours.
